You are invited to attend our next business meeting which will be be happening from 6pm to 9:00pm on Thursday 23rd January.

At our business meeting you'll be able to find out what we have been up to and what future events and campaigns we have planned. All Manchester Green Party members are welcome, old and new!

This will be a hybrid meeting taking place in person at the Methodist Central Buildings with the option to participate over Zoom. Please register now to get the Zoom link: we'll remind you of it nearer the time.

From a week before the meeting, you can find the agenda in the 'Files' section of the Manchester Green Party space. You'll need to log into the Green Party members' website to view it. You can also view the minutes there after the business meeting

January 2025 new members' online meeting – 27th January, 7pm

Happy new year and thank you for joining Manchester Green Party and for your interest in what we are about.

This online welcome call is for you to find out more about the history of Manchester Green Party and how it sits within the structure of the National and Regional Party. You will learn about what Manchester Green councillors are up to, our plans for the future, and how you can be a part of it. You will also have the opportunity to meet other new members and ask us any questions you may have.

We will be joined by one or more of our Green councillors and some of our active members.

February 1, 2025: Join us in Woodhouse Park for some election campaigning

We will be continuing with our All Year Door knocking in Woodhouse Park.

We speak to residents, to find they want to raise any issues with the three Woodhouse Park councillors and to gently find out how they voted last year.

Until May 2025 we will have a lighter door knocking schedule, but still knocking on hundreds of doors, moving from once to twice a month, so this is a unique opportunity to get involved in election campaigning for our next election year 2026.

Join us on Saturday, 1st February in Woodhouse Park.

We will do door knocking and literature deliveries. Training given for both.

Morning: 10am: We'll be meeting at Wythenshawe Forum Café with coffee/tea option and then go out and door knock. Door knocking is a group activity. Training is given on the script from 10-10.30am and we set off at 10.30am.

Afternoon: If you join us later or in-between times, please contact Astrid on 07817 934 982.

We decide on lunch time and place on the day.
